Due to high rates of user abuse in the past, we have a strict no refund policy. Unfortunately we have had many instances in the past of people taking not being truthful about what they purchased and where they got it from in order to try to manipulate things. Since then there has been many updates and many safeguards are in place to ensure safety and security when using the app.
How do we help since you have a strict no refund is available?
