CatchON TV – New Multi-Device Plan: Activate Two Devices with One Payment
We are excited to announce a new payment option on our CatchON TV Pricing page! New and returning users can now pay to activate our service on two devices, providing greater flexibility and accommodating your natural usage of the CatchON TV app. New Payment Option: Activate CatchON TV on Two Devices with one payment.
How Does It Work?
When you visit our Pricing page, you’ll find the option to select “CatchON TV – 2 Devices, 1 Month Access.” This allows you to pay for and activate or renew CatchON TV on two devices. Upon completing the payment, you will receive two prepay codes – one for each device. Once you activate one of the codes, the clock starts, and both codes share the same expiration date, which is one month from activation.
We introduced this feature in response to customer feedback. Many users found it challenging to track different expiration dates for each device. Now, with synchronized expiration dates, you can enjoy seamless access and renewals with a single payment.
Future Plans
Currently, we are testing this two-device scenario and may expand to support three or four devices in the future, depending on demand. We are committed to improving your viewing experience and making CatchON TV as user-friendly as possible.
